« on: April 22, 2017, 11:28:22 pm »
Does anyone know where I could get a sega afterburner board repaired? Also does anyone know what this part is in the picture that states 222-? It is labeled as flt8 on the board.

It appears to be an EMI filter.

If you look on the last page of the schematics here, you can see FLT thru FLT6 (bottom, 2/3rds right) and FLT36 and FLT37 (left, lower half) which have "EMI Filter 222" written next to them.

Due to the handwriting/scan quality, I'm not 100% sure where FLT8 is located on the schematic, but it appears to be on pg 12 (upper right) connected to the positive lead of electrolytic capacitor C21.
