 :banghead:   Hello,  Real close to completing my cabinet.  Got hyperspin going good.... almost.,  When Im in rocketlauncherUI the emulator tab is not populated,  although the module tab is and so is systems under GLOBAL.  Thoughts?

You'll need to go to the settings folder and remove the (example) text from the emulators (example).ini file.

Also, RL has a great support forum :)
