Something bad happening on my monitor help please

Has anyone seen this before ... this is a donor crt and chasis i was trying out... i managed to swap everything but now im stuck with this on the screen.  Im very new . This is my first arcade ... please help guys .

Chances are the Yoke does not match the chassis. Any part numbers on the yoke the tube and the type of chassis/resolution might help?
