Sound problems Golden Tee Fore 2006
« on: April 01, 2017, 01:32:10 pm »
So i am trying to run GT fore 2006 in Mame v.172. I get a lot of stuttering in the audio. Tried setting video to low res. Any suggestions to get it working correct? Have dual core 2 Ghz, 4 G ram. Would getting latest mame version help

You'll need a faster processor than 2 Ghz.  I run it on a 3.33 Ghz Intel on low res and it's pretty rare that I get a stutter.

I agree, it doesn't seem like your machine is fast enough.  However, try this guide: https://docs.google.com/document/u/2/d/1qt_Mwb29jT5LAhERAePiGTteMlKlvKEXfJ7_iBnqJzY/pub

I had the same problems.. This guide helped fix it.
