Install Guide for Groovymame0.183 on Ubuntu 16.10

Thanks to some members on this forum i was able to paste together what i needed to build an Ubuntuarcade machine of my own from scratch so it was time to give something back! :-)

I made this guide because i know it's not easy to piece all this together,especially if your new to linux!

You are most welcome mate! , it is me that has to thanks everyone here for all the help provided, without it, i would not have been able to put it all together.

I make adjustments every now and then to this doc i uploaded every time i find something new worth putting in it .
