it's a shame you engaged him in conversation at all.... your response should have always been "the auction was only for a COA and memory. no software was offered in this auction". if he left you negative feedback due to this, perhaps ebay would retract it if you explained to them that this person was leaving negative feedback solely due to him not receiving something which was never advertised/offered/implied in the first place. |
