I drank a Miller Lite last week. Probably the first time in 5 years I drank a domestic macrobrew. Wasn't that bad. |

The big macrobrews are not as terrible as some beer snobs pretend. I prefer stouts, but I won't pass up a Miller or Bud if someone hands me one. I would take a Miller Lite over any IPA I have ever tried. IPAs just do not agree with me at all. |

The MGC was a lot of fun. On Friday I walked the show by myself and did a lot of people watching. On Saturday a friend I have known since first grade came out. We lived in the local arcades as we grew up. It was a cool trip down memory lane. On Sunday a high school friend came out. He never got to play video games when he was a kid. His parents were misguided. ;) It was fun to be a tour guide and historian of sorts. Next year I am going to bring a couple of my machines. Can't wait for Zapcon next year. I would be there this year except a close friend really needs me. |
