Dude, get yourself on an airplane and get your ass out to ZapCon in three weeks. We need someone to replace Malenko in the crew. You're hired.

Yeah... I saw that Bevis and Butthead game... very cool. But next to it was a Primal Rage II arcade machine (it was in a converted MK I cab).

Am I reading too much into the general's name?
F-14 Tomcat was released in 1987 (the height of the Cold War) and this 2007 interview with Eugene Jarvis accidently (?) mis-spells the General's name one paragraph after they spell it right . . .    :lol

Cosmotrons is an indie game. It is old school hard and old school fun. It has some more modern options that give it some more depth. Lots of fun with four players.

They are really nice people... but famous for shipping delays.  People not in the know around here often post bitchy threads about them.

Since enquiring minds want to know...

Uff Da Bock is my go to New Glarus brew. They were out. I saw a stout I haven't tried. I bought a six pack. It was good. If I had your wisdom, I wouldn't have to make another trip to the liquor store this week. Good thing I just made a deal to pick up a Monaco GP cockpit in Milwaukee later this week.

My favorite New Glarus brew is Moon Man. By far the most unique and delicious beer I have every consumed. So if you get a chance try that one.

I drank a Miller Lite last week.  Probably the first time in 5 years I drank a domestic macrobrew.  Wasn't that bad.

The big macrobrews are not as terrible as some beer snobs pretend. I prefer stouts, but I won't pass up a Miller or Bud if someone hands me one. I would take a Miller Lite over any IPA I have ever tried. IPAs just do not agree with me at all.

The MGC was a lot of fun. On Friday I walked the show by myself and did a lot of people watching. On Saturday a friend I have known since first grade came out. We lived in the local arcades as we grew up. It was a cool trip down memory lane. On Sunday a high school friend came out. He never got to play video games when he was a kid. His parents were misguided. ;) It was fun to be a tour guide and historian of sorts.

Next year I am going to bring a couple of my machines.

Can't wait for Zapcon next year. I would be there this year except a close friend really needs me.
