what paint for cabinet?
« on: January 29, 2017, 11:32:22 am »
Hi Guys,

I am going to give my arcade cabinet a makeover whilst upgrading it a bit, it's an old uk generic jamma cabinet at the moment its a sort of grey speckled black formica or similar laminate finish, I want to paint it but what is the best way to go about it? does it need sanding first to rough it up or can it just be painted over? what is the best type of paint? I am pretty good painting with aerosol cans I've painted many bike frames this way with excellent results, I would like to paint it all black and maybe apply some artwork stickers and change the T molding.

Regards,
Chris.
