Maximus Arcade Download Issues

I am having difficulty with the download and configuration process of Maximus Arcade. When downloaded I did not receive a Emulator folder. Only have a Max210 compressed folder. Maximus will not send another link to my email so that I can attempt to download for a second time. The video seems very complicated. Any ideas on simplifying this process???
