JVL Bootup SQL error

I JUST bought a JVL eclipse off Craigslist.  While checking it out prior to purchase I noticed the fan sounded rough so the first thing I did when I got home was open it up and pull the fan to clean it.  I put the fan back in and now I get this strange sql error on boot up right after it says "loading games..."

"Error:  (0) is 0!  Error "SQL logic error or missing database" while executing SQL: "UPDATE StatUsage SET Value = Value + 1, Value1 = Value1 + 1 WHERE statII = 1005"

Has anyone seen anything like this?  I tried reseating every connector that I had to take off to get the fan unmounted and haven't had any luck.

Please let me know if you need more info and thanks in advance for looking!

Did you try and reseat the cf card? May have jarred lose changing the fan.
