Video monitor issue

hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have a arcade game that i have ad for a few years and the other day when i turned it on i heard a sizzle sound and a smell of smoke and now the monitor video shakes i attached a link to a video of my monitor. I am new to arcade trouble shooting so thanks in advanced.

OK more info: the monitor is a WG 19k7689 / r510ck1ca1c-tc06

If i leave it on for a bit it smells and it is making a sizzle noise.. (i didnt leave it on long) there is picture tho sometimes lines sometimes the bottom is v'd in the bottom

Make sure your ground on the neck board is connected

Make sure your anode (the clip under the suction cup) is securely connected and the cup is making good contact (You might want to discharge the tube before you do this)

If those are good look for arcing around the flyback transformer

ok i will take a look.. i do not see any arcs anywhere

If the former is bad but not completely separated, you often get a sizzling, popping sound. A rusty anode button or hook will often do this, and can be cleaned - once discharged, of course!

For the latter, or any corona, turn the lights off and look in the dark. If you have to do that to see it, it's probably not the cause of your trouble, but it's worth checking.

Look at the neck of the monitor. Do you see amber neck glow or is there any blue? blue is bad.
