So, apparently I am king of the land manatees in this state, and I'm tired of wearing the two sets of clothes I brought over and over again (thought I'd be home by now, ha!), so I was relegated to the finest selection at Walmart.

They are a weird mix of a Caribbean johnny cake and a Frito chili pie.  And all that dairy... Yeah, it was a quick drive home.  But my god, amazing.

Also made it to cattlemans steakhouse downtown.  Gotta play to the culinary strengths around here.

FEMA approved me for a hotel room through September, but planning on heading home tomorrow.  Apparently a neighbor is standing watch on my street with his trusty AR-15.  That'll be fun.

Anyway, went to Bricktown to eat bbq, drink wine, and stare at tourists.  9/10 would recommend.

Progress! Since February, 41 lbs. and an A1C drop from Diabetic to Normal. Now, if only the rest of me could be considered normal.

Cool man.  I'm finally under 230 pounds.  Mind you I'm one pound under, so depending upon my meals I'll probably be back over tomorrow, but still..... progress is progress.
