I actually accepted a new new position this week with a private school. It's basically my old job, but with a substantial raise. I'm looking forward to it.

It's primarily Windows,  but they aren't tech poor. Tuition for the high school is around $22,000.

That about what my last two school charged for middle school. It's crazy what international schools can get away with. When your kid is done with college you should look into teaching over seas.

I know your Windows guy but take my word for it, if your going to make a media lab use iMac's.

I actually have a second job offer to be a trainer for the HR department for a large enterprise, but the money is not there, ironically.

There's a third option that I'm a finalist for, but again, the money is not going to be there.

Finally, there's something in Private Industry that hasn't come to fruition yet but might come down the road, and I might have to reevaluate things. It's an exciting time though. I haven't had a pay raise in over 6 years, and I'm getting pretty huge bump.

I always wanted a tat but could never stay settled on a design I liked for a number of years.

Then my sister designed me a Tribal type tat incorporating a MK logo which I had inked some years ago.

Then I got Jill done about 2 years ago but its never been finished!
Jill herself is finished but shes meant to have a sort of back drop but again due to my changing feelings its not been done yet lol

You know, occasionally you encounter a new slang phrase and you know exactly what it means without any context.  Two examples immediately spring to mind - fruit boots and tramp stamps.

One time I walked into a tattoo parlor with my wife and a friend, ---fudgesicle--- it, we're gonna get a tattoo! and we were greeted by someone with full sleeves and a multitude of facial piercings.  And all of the sudden that butterfly on the hip bone seemed like a very slippery slope.
