I won't build a precise list detailing brand, individual model part numbers and specs, it's just an overview of what I've seen around, but just from that it's pretty clear what to expect; up to which series models you'll find passive editions, and analogue, and then which are the most powerful/advanced depending on what one wants.
Regarding the memory size as far as I know it matters in regards to bandwidth and fillrates, which you can probably relate to every other spec but I think those with more GB are a bit more powerful for the purpose of filling higher resolution displays, so it shouldn't matter much for CRT setups, only for the eventuality of a double-purpose setup which would also be used for a LCD in a different configuration.
(Not that you should expect much from even the R7 250 2GB on a lcd, or it better be a modest one like an old school 19" 5:4
if lcd is a priority then for a full-hd or equivalent I would only consider the RX 560 4GB but even that one will struggle at higher frame_delay and hlsl combinations
apparently low profile AMDs remain rather poor performers compared to the nVidia offer in that category)
For dual analogue I bet you mean with two analogue outputs like VGA & DVI-I ? I've seen some with only DVI-I, some with both, pictures of the outputs while browsing and a double-check reading the specs will confirm.
