this dude wants to sell me this cabinet but doesn't know what kind of monitor is in this golden tee 2005 cabinet. he is saying the game is broken but monitor still work. any of you can tell what type of monitor just by looking at the picture?

according to google search its  a medium resolution monitor correct?
