Hi, is there any way to completely remove Maximus?

I've tried deleting the Maximus folders. But when I reinstall, it still has my registration info -- which makes me think there are files/data somewhere else?

I'd like to try completely removing it, to see if it helps with the myriad glitches I'm seeing.
