Malenko:
Traded Faster than Speed (with FTS and Maximum Speed carts) for Crazy Taxi with CT and Jambo Safari carts.

CT cart fails rom check and wont load, luckily I'm going to net boot this pigfucker too.

To Do:
Deep clean the seat and base
Clean the head and insides
unfuck the hacked wiring job for Jambo Safari and do the dual shifter mod
repair de-gauss circuit
scan/recreate art
remove old art
repair all the cracks in the plastic
repair Crazy Taxi Cart
update Naomi BIOS
install NetDIMM and RPi (borrowed the one from my stand up cab for now)
remove broken caster bolts
replace/repair light fixture
possibly replace CT dash with Initial D dash for FFB
possibly replace Naomi mobo with Naomi 2 mobo
everything else I forgot to list
Malenko:
I always get a chuckle out of how some people "fix" things:

The florescent starter was just handing from the wire:

Couldn't be assed to bother with all that so I just pulled it out, tossed it in the trash, and replaced the fixture:

Malenko:
lifted up the floor boards and installed the BIOS from my other Naomi and the netDIMM.
Netboot screen:

Jambo Safari netbooted:

Maximum Speed netbooted:

Crazy Taxi Netbooted: (awful screen shot)

Malenko:
Im sure the last time this cab was cleaned was right around the 5th of never.
I pulled the seat apart to try and fix the adjustment rail, but figured I should clean this ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- up too:

and repaint the base after getting rid of all the rust:

I have no idea how to fix the seat adjustment, might have to take apart my Daytona 2 seat and see whats missing. The CT seat just had a solid rod that didnt move at all so Im thinking someone just rigged it to stay where it is.

Nice project! I have been wanting to get one of these to work on one day. I always enjoyed playing this back when I was a teen and you could still find good arcades around.
