MAE Controls.ini HELP

Hi all

I've been hunting around for controls.ini for Mame64 0178 for ages and can't seem to find it anywhere. trying to wrap my head around MaLa and it keeps erroring about this controls.ini

Anyone got any ideas where I can find it or how to create it?
