MAME2003 renaming for Lakka - question.
« on: December 22, 2016, 08:53:18 pm »
Dear LAKKA,

Compared to Retropie and Recalbox, I absolutely LOVE the Lakka interface on my Raspberry Pi 3.

The only issue now that is keeping me from making this my daily driver emulation interface, is how it now needs special names for the MAME roms. Can you please tell me if I'm looking at this in the proper way.

Here's how I understand it:

Lakka wants 0.78 Romsets that follow the Progetto-SNAPS MAME 0.78 naming structure.

I have some 0.78 MAME roms downloaded, and I have that Progetto DAT file, but I still can't seem to rename them to get Lakka to see them.

Do I have the versions correct?

Thanks!!
