Multiple rom folders for the same emulator?
« on: December 17, 2016, 11:26:04 pm »
Hello all. i've been using maximus arcade for a month now and i'm quite happy with it compared to most other frontends, but I do have a few problems. I have a lot of romhacks for certain systems like NES, and i want them in a separate folder apart from my regular ROMs. My question is, does maximus arcade allow you to have more than one folders for your ROMs? I don't see an option but I did notice the list feature where you can put your favorite games and stuff like that but I was wondering if you could put a different folder in one of those lists.

Thanks!  ;D

Perhaps if you can not use multiple Rom folders for a single emulator - you could make a new emulator folder (ie. NES hacks) and then set it up as a completely different emulator in MA - so you'd have both NES and NES Hacks in the systems list.

I took your advice and just set it up in an emulator that i'm never going to use. Looks good so far!

Thanks again!
