wiring diagram for the buttons and joysticks
« on: December 14, 2016, 08:50:44 pm »
good morning.  looks like i made an error when purchasing the joysticks and buttons, as i was looking for some i could just put into my cabinet and wire up to the gpio of a raspberry pi or maybe connect them to a usb and use a desktop i am running a headless debian system off of.  turns out this is not the case, but now i am stuck with 20 buttons and two joysticks that work off of a windows computer.  it does solve a problem i ran into with the current cabinet, so i was going to load xp on this one and use it as intended.  problem is, i cannot find a wiring diagram anywhere, and it has gotten to the point that i post a question in the forums.  i would like to just use the four buttons i have installed, along with the player 1 and 2 buttons, but if i have to cut a new piece of wood, that is nothing.  thanx and have a great night.
