This is the one I use & sell:

http://shop.harumancustoms.com/power-inlet-switch-fused-module

HaRuMaN I'll grab one if I send you a picture of wires can you help me with a diagram? I might swap out the one I have for a surge protector vs just a regular strip and then use your switch

It's pretty easy if you use the diagrams in the wiki.

https://web.archive.org/web/20150928061832/http://newwiki.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?title=Wiring#IEC_Fused_Power_Inlet_with_a_Lighted_Switch

Just make sure you have clean, corrosion-free, mechanically-solid and low-resistance (<2 ohms) power connections.

You want a low-resistance connection to avoid generating heat like this.

That looks nice and toasty I read your post about the cable and stuff that's crazy. I would hope to never smell anything burning!

Testing some led lighting.

I secured the marque retainers with magnetic tape surprisingly it holds well I reinforced it with some glue but it doesn't show at all.

Ordered speakers as well and a Pyle amp this time instead of kinter read it had better reviews.

Still debating putting a cam lock on the back door I purchased a piano hinge and magnets but I like the key aspect of it.  I'll post better pictures later on.

Word of advice the Xin Mo encoders are ok but not ideal luckily there are some great devs who created xpadder joy to key etc or I would be lost!

Also does anyone know of a SUPER SILENT  80 or 120 mm fan thinking of putting two on the back all of the silent labeled ones seem to be really loud even turned down

do you have fan grills installed ? they can create loads of noise with the wind rushing through.

i normally use arctic fans for my pc towers, never had a problem with them - https://www.arctic.ac/uk_en/arctic-f12-pwm.html or https://www.arctic.ac/uk_en/arctic-f8-pwm.html both are PWM ones, depends on your motherboard support.

No I do not have a fan grill installed was thinking of mounting it to the wood with a spacer and putting a fan filter on it, or would I not need this since I'm technically using to draw heat out?

wouldn't have thought you need a fan filter on the exhaust fan, i did use some little O rings on one tower i built to reduce the vibration, could have used these as well https://www.quietpc.com/afm02b-group.
