Background music issue
« on: November 22, 2016, 07:43:44 pm »
So for a more authentic Arcade experience, I downloaded the lovely Arcade Ambience tracks, set up a playlist in windows media player (XP SP2), set up Maximus to run it on startup, and it is just lovely. The sounds of an arcade from 1981/83/86/92 plays (on shuffle 8)) as it starts up, and as I navigate my menus, and as I play a game, and then......when I exit from the game back to Maximus, a "lovely":timebomb:split second loss of sound runs the illusion...:banghead: Thus far I have downloaded a legacy version of VLC and same thing. This happens whether or not Maximus starts the media players or not BTW. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?
