I have a Megatouch Force 2007, does anyone know how to clear the best score records from the various games?

Simply push the service button (either in the coin/bill reciever area or on the I/O board depending on your unit's mode) l to bring uo the operator menu.   
 
In Here You Can Reset the High Scores 
 
 
If You Post The Model Of Force Machine You Have I Can Tell You Exactly Where The Operator Button Is.
