Drill the locks.  Start with a small bit and work your way up gradually until you strip the cylinder teeth.  Then you should be able to either push the lock cylinder out the back or turn it with a screw driver.  Just measure what you bore so you can get replacements at your local big box - usually in the same aisle as the drawer pulls.

Any chance of getting replacement keys?

Close to zero.

It's much easier/faster/cheaper to drill/pick the lock than find a replacement key.

a new lock is like 6 bucks. you aren't losing anything by replacing it besides the inability to open it.

if you want to search your local stores you are looking for a "cam lock" the one I linked above happens to be 5/8ths of an inch long but go from almost nothing... all the way to 1 3/8 and bigger. so just keep the cylinder part that screws into the door and take it to your store and match up a new one.

if you are really stuck and don't have much for hardware stores in your area... a locksmith. it will be a little more expensive for the lock, but they will have one for sure.

Whole bunch of videos on it, watching one done may make you more comfortable doing it.
