Heads up.... Walmart Video Game Dept Clearance
(1/2) > >>
Howard_Casto:
I normally wouldn't post something like this, but Walmart appears to be trying to get rid of it's older video game junk.  Cables and ac adapters for old consoles are going as low as a buck or two a piece.

What are they doing nowadays with external 3rd party vendors like eforcity? They allow them to sell through Walmart?
Howard_Casto:
I guess so.  It was news to me as well.  Newegg is also doing this.  I guess big box retailers are realizing that their online inventory is woefully inadequate.

Only problem with this is now you can't be sure your orders are actually getting real merchandise from actual manufacturers rather than cheap Chinese knock-offs !!  -- I ordered a 64GB. Micro sd card from Newegg and received a fake that was actually a 8GB. card with a fake allocation table that rewrote the sectors over and over to report itself as 64GB. I had ordered from Newegg and paid more just to ensure it wasn't another chinese fake but even doing that now received a fake because of these new 3rd party vendors they are using
Howard_Casto:
Well both Newegg and Walmart make a note in the description if it's first-party or not.  Everything is China made at this point so I don't think the term applies anymore.
