Gargoyles is one of the reasons I got a model 1 genesis.  Apparently it doesn't play nice with all versions.  Like most Disney games it is awesome.

I can't believe no one has said Shining Force and it's sequel, only the best SRPGs of all time....

I did above. I'm doing a play through now.

Howard the sega CD adds a second identical processor as the Genesis. So did the 32X.
