Pi won't boot up when power is applied to my power bar
« on: June 21, 2016, 10:41:46 pm »
I am using a power bar wired with an on/off switch for my cabinet and when I flip the switch the PI does not boot up. I have to unplug it and plug it back in, any suggestions how to fix this?

The easiest way would be to tie a momentary switch (arcade) button to GPIO (pin 5) and GND (pin 6).  You press that to get the raspberry pi 2 to boot up.  Not sure if this works with the other pis but that's what I recently figured out with my media center build.
