Getting full screen on ATI Rage mobility and MAME

The only way I have been able to this in my laptop for games with 384x224 resolution (Capcom, most notably) is switching to dos MAME from windows MAME.

I just thought I would share it in case someone has the same problem.

By the way, this is for TV-out and LCD;VGA is fine
