Nsm juke 2000 error code p061

Hi everyone, first post on here so be gentle with me, error code 61 comes on after each selection,if I re programme then all works ok.switch juke box off and it looses the memory.ive replaced the ram battery and it still looses the memory when switched off.anything else I could try? Possible a dud battery? I've e mailed the seller and they are about to send me another to try.
