I also have his cookbook, which has some great recipes. |

Only complaint about Stubbs is that it was too good and became ubiquitous immediately. Had to take a break for a few years. I rarely buy it but still encounter it all the time. While I'm sure it's mostly a tourist destination these days, I'm happy to report that their BBQ is very good. |
