Xbox One Controller not working with Maximus Arcade
« on: April 28, 2016, 10:20:35 pm »
Hi. I've successfully set up Maximus Arcade on a different computer, so I have a little experience with it... But right now I'm setting it up on a Windows 10 computer with an Xbox One wireless controller (and the official Microsoft USB doohickey that makes it work with Windows). Maximus refuses to acknowledge the Xbox One controller EXCEPT on the View tab, where it looks like everything is working fine. The controller works with other game and it works within MAME, but the Setup tabs in Maximus won't let me modify the options using the various controller buttons - and the default options don't actually work when I use the controller. Does Maximus specifically not work on Windows 10 or with the Xbox One controller?
