Can you give mame a specific portion of the screen, and a marquee on the top?

Figured it out. It was a matter of double checking spelling. of all things.

Hey there!
I'm really digging up the past on this one. At this time is there any better way to accomplish this feat?
 Vert 16:9 screen. top portion marquee and the lower portion to gameplay.
My idea was to stick the lowest portion of a screen below the CP with the center of the display playing the game and the topmost showing a marquee.
