You should have a look at the dk2win32 dll file and the corresponding ini file, this is the actual patch for the game to start and this is the place the keys are set for controls
That's the part not covered by the DS wiki as the custom dll setup is not my own doing

Mission Impossible works great with recoil outputs (using alien mounted guns) using mamehooker and/or hook of the reaper. However, crosshairs disappear even though i'm not using the -nocrosshair in the command line. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if i'm doing something wrong. This is in my standalone build using demulshooter. When I play it with my teknoparrot build, the crosshairs are there.  Anyone else experiencing this?

Also, anyone else struggling to get mission select to work from the MissionImpossible_ServiceMenu.exe? No matter what I select, the other missions aren't available (like they are when you play via teknoparrot).

I just spent like an hour trying to get recoil outputs working on my alien guns for Railchase2 and didn't realize that game doesn't even have recoil outputs; which is weird. Oh well:) I guess you always have the mamehooker keystates (joytokey) option.
