PMs enable when a member is upgraded from "Newbie" to "Jr. Member".
That happens automatically when one of the mods or Saint approves their first post -- an anti-spam measure that is working perfectly.
(Members have seen no spam in the BYOAC forums since Saint started first post approval on August 5th last year. :applaud:)

I did.
I knew that OP's accusations didn't hold water but figured that it would play out in one of two ways.
1. He would get the reply that he claimed to want and would calm down.
2. He would continue the baseless attacks and utterly destroy his credibility.
