Hi just pmed you. On my end I have a update file and a usr file. Not in .tgz form. In total 2 files.

The link i gave you should give you one single .tgz file. You put that file directly onto a fat32 formatted thrumb drive and boot the system with it plugged into a usb port. It should automatically take the update.
