yotsuya:
Did you buy it yet, Slippy?
Slippyblade:
Trying to get hold of the guy.  Apparently the phone number is a business phone.

Just FYI the Hydro Thunder arcade game isn't emulated.
The best you can do is the Dreamcast version on a Dreamcast emulator.
There is a PC version included with Midway Arcade Treasures 3/Deluxe, but the controls aren't analog so it sucks.
It will let you use a joystick or wheel, but the boat won't react any differently than it does to key presses.

I think it's worth $45, but it really depends on if anyone in your area wants it.
I had to give away a Virtua On and Daytona 2 seat on a craigslist curb alert because nobody was interested in them.
It wouldn't suprise me if the person that took them was only interested in the slider base for scrap metal.
You can get a more comfortable seat for around $100 off ebay.
jennifer:
Those seats are not designed with comfort in mind, Sit down and spend money till your bottom hurts, and aesthetics  is more likely what they were shooting for, Compared to say a night driver however that's a serious upgrade.... The guy selling it most likely has the rest of the game, So Jennifer would not only buy that and store it, but case him out as to what else he may be disposing of. (Much more effective than running for a craigslist ad, with everyone else).
Howard_Casto:
Yeah that's what I was getting at... they are a solid fiberglass seat so if you intend to spend hours at a time in it, look elsewhere.  45 isn't bad for it though, if that's what you want.... the trick is to make sure that is what you want.

I might be able to fix hydro thunder, I dunno.
