Standalone swithres utilty?
« on: January 29, 2016, 06:55:27 pm »
There are a couple emulators that don't offer a real fullscreen option where the emulator will switch to a resolution.

It would be cool if there was a standalone swithres you could use with a front end to preswith the desktop resolution AND the refresh rate, (console don't run at exactly 60hz) before and after an emulators execution.

Does such a thing exist?

It does exist, but the last Windows release is quite old, you can find it here.

Resurrecting the Switchres standalone project is one of my aims for future 0.016 version.
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.

You can try this one : http://12noon.com/?page_id=80
Code: [Select]
dc64cmd.exe -width=320 -height=240 -depht=32 -refresh=60
If you use Hyperspin, you can add pre / post switch in "User Functions.ahk"
