Apparently Black Pete is still a thing in some parts of Europe..... I'm not sure how a holiday where the nice white man gives you presents if you are good or else the evil black man gives you a beating is still a thing outside of Alabama. ;)

So I guess with the FPGA, it’ll actually emulate the extra sound chips on some of the Japanese games, and everything they added in the famicom disc system games. I’ve done some reading on modding the top loader and it seems feasible. Also makes me wonder how my Retro Duo is going to handle it. Is this the day I finally emulate Castlevania 3 100%?

I hope it is pbj! I have a front loader that needs some rgb and expansion audio mods. I really hope this cart works out too! :cheers:

This is where I mention that less than 24 hours after my purchase of the clone, new firmware came out on the real thing.
I suspect that all it does is brick clones....
