Tesla Coil Audio

Hey guys I'm currently planning/budgeting out a bartop arcade cab with a steampunk theme to it. I was wondering if it would be possible to use mini USB Tesla Coils on the top of the machine to produce the audio.

The above link is an example of what I hope to use. I also plan to cage the coils as a safety precaution even though the length of the arc is relatively small. Do you guys think such a thing is possible let alone feasible?
