Arcade monitor V-hold not Holding

Hello I am new to the message board but form what I see it has a lot of good info but I have a monitor problem looks like others here but mine has a V-hold that I can adjust an it will hold for a while then it start to roll I'D say about 4min after I adjust it the monitor is a G07C60 19" NTSC and I have it hooked up directly to my PC I am running Arcadeos and mame in DOS the games will play fine but after awhile the picture just starts to roll and it drives me crasy. Also dose any know how to setup Callus to run in Arcadeos I can see the ROM

Hey I fround out what I was doing wrong with the H and V sec I had set it up to be composit because the monitors H and V sync were jumperd on the board itself.
