Daytona usa 2 issue

Hi

I swapped out my scud race assemblies for my daytona 2 ones and a faulty rom board on one of them which I got replacement for. When I reconnected everything I've now got the other side not going into any games and has led 12,13 and 14 flashing. I also cannot get into test mode anymore on it, anyone got any clue what it could be? I'm wondering if it's maybe the cpu board but Id need to swap boards out of other machine I suppose. Pain in the ass to undo all the screws etc

any help here please
