How to mount a Happ 360 wheel?

Hi all,

I feel this must be too simple a question, but I' m  really struggling with this wheel assembly. Could someone help me out with any tips on mounting this wheel? How do you get the top bolt off?

 Is there an easy way to grip the rubber on the shaft or possibly the end of the shaft?

Google isn' t very helpful, I' ve got the datasheet from Happ, but that just makes me feel back in highschool bicycle repair class:)
