Gallag Gallaga Bootleg Board DIP switch settings

Hey all,

I have the following "Gallag" Galaga board and I am having a hard time finding a know good dip switch chart.
Everything I've found online is wrong and they all seem to be for the retail Galaga boards.
Does anyone have this board and a DIP sheet that they know works?

3rd page worked on my second try.
Thank you.

I had mixed up A&B on my last attempt.

Now to figure out why my game wont get past POST.
