Buying sideart from Ebay

Do you think these are ok? I believe it's $35 for the set.

I have not bought side-art for my DK yet so I am curious what others recommend as well. I personally have my eye on Mike's version

However, the ones you are looking at on eBay look very washed out. The colors either look dull or too neon. Now that could just be the result of the camera used to take the photo but I'm not sure. I feel like side-art should cost a lot more than $35.

Also, be very careful of the exact dimensions. I've heard other uses get side-art from eBay that were off by inches!

Edit: fixed the link to go to the DK side-art set NOT the double DK set. :)

If you can read this, it means Photobucket's money grab ruined my signature photos.

A lot of those guys use paper-thin vinyl, and I've read on KLOV that it doesn't stick very well. So you get what you pay for.

^This -- also they seem to gouge you on the shipping, so the total cost is around $50 in those linked - so not sure if it would be worth it for the difference in price over the heavier stock with better adhesive for a bit more.

Though this one for $37 + $10 shipping ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Nintendo-Donkey-Kong-Sideart-Decal-Screen-Printed-Side-art/371213766469?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D33421%26meid%3D656f15034f8d47cc9f64ee5468b76ad8%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D301319987659 ) does say they are silk screen printed and color matched to the originals on 4 mil vinyl with 3M adhesive so  :dunno

Quarter Arcade is a legit business. Stay away from Dig Dig, Pascuta, and the Artwork Doctor.

If you're living in Norway, the shipping will cost a fortune anyway. On my last order from Mikes Arcade I paid 47 USD for shipping only.
So I hope you understand why I'm looking for a cheaper alternative.

I don't know if Scott will ship to Norway, but his sideart is spot on.
