Plains on how to make a video amp (usa) parts

Hello I was wondering if anyone would have plains of transistor conversions for a Video amp to kick up the signal form the VGA out put on my card to a arcade monitor I found plains on two different site but the transistors were (BC108B, BC178B) and I could not find any cross reference for them I also found plain for these transistors (NTE123, NTE234) I could cross reference the NTE123 it was the same as 2N2222(NPN).

Please help!!
