  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hi,

I wanted to introduce my project bringing colors to the DMDs in your cabinet.
It uses chinese 2.5 dot pitch RGB DMDs driven by a STM32F407 developer board.
It has a USB interface which uses the open pindmd protocol as documented in the
pinMAME source. Therefore should work with all other pindmdv2 compatible applications.
Alternatively it has a input for real pinball machines using the 14pin DMD interface connector.
It supports colorized Stern ROMs an custom palette upload. The project is completely open source
and is published on github https://github.com/lucky01/PIN2DMD

More information, pictures and videos about it can be found in the vpuniverse forum here
