Can we get a like button? It's so much easier than replying to something you like.

AGREED!

I'd like for people to know that I'm not ignoring them by not responding.

Here is why I would like some form of a "like post" option--

1. I read one of Yot's posts where he recommends someone not install an espresso machine on their planned "Java-Cade."
2. I hit reply.
3. I type, "Good advice" or "+1" or "Agreed" or "He knows what he's talking about."
4. I realize this is just me latching on and not contributing anything. Shame overwhelms me.
5. I close the tab without replying.
6. Months later I wonder, "What ever happened to the Java-Cade build?" as I missed all the updates in the Java-Cade build thread because in my mind I had replied to it, and it should show up under "New Replies." But I didn't reply. I closed the tab in shame.

This happens more than I want to admit.

I use the "like" functionality in Tapatalk, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Saint can't be trusted with such contrivances so he assumes we can't be either. No likes for you. No reps for you. No soup for you!

I kid, but not really because it happened, but it was funny so I kid.
