In my quest for getting a collection of MA themes and assets i found a very old post requesting the blue background swirl, but as you know the creators never released it  ::) , however here's my take on it.  ;D

note:
I will make the other default theme backgrounds swirls ;)

The Maximus Arcadius theme has the blue swirl.  ;)

It does not rotate however (like the one in your video).
